Guide Fee/Expense/Cancellation Policy
In addition to the guiding fee, actual guide expenses (guide transportation expenses, lodging expenses in the case of staying in a hut, etc.) will be charged. *In the case of a group, it will be divided by the number of people. Depending on the location, transportation costs will be around 5,000 yen, and accommodation costs will be around 10,000 yen.

① Cancellation fee due to customer's convenience
Application date 〜 15 days before departure: 30% guiding fee
14 days 〜 4 days before departure: 50% guiding fee
3 days 〜 1 day before departure: 80% guiding fee
On the departure day: 100% guiding fee
②Cancellation or change of guide plan due to bad weather
*Canceled before meeting... Guide fee 20%
*Cancellation at the time of meeting ... Guide fee 30% + guide expenses (transportation expenses etc.)
*Cancellation after starting mountaineering: No refunds
*Course change: no refund
■Guide plans will be canceled or changed at the discretion of the guide. Please follow the guide's instructions and decisions regarding cancellation or change of the plan after trekking starts.
